Behind the Lathe
Everything began with a single cheap ugly pen in high school, and I loved the process so much I dedicated myself to learning more. I took a significant chunk of time off from selling in pursuit of a law degree but continued making pens in the background to explore the world of ground-up manufacturing.
From start to finish, each pen is crafted as if I was the one planning to use it; I value a piece with character, that will withstand everyday use and feels like I should be using it.
I have no interest in desk decorations, I make tools.
This art is designed to be used. For 10 years I’ve sought perfection and been driven by an obsession with quality.
